While being the shortest
four par on the golf course, the seventeenth is not
short on options for play.
For the longest of players
this hole may be drivable, though pinpoint accuracy
is required to play between three fairway bunkers in
the prime landing area. However, the deep, cavernous
bunker located in the front of this green must be avoided
to have any chance of scoring well on this tiny par
four. The putting surface is divided in the center lengthwise
by a roll, making positioning of the tee shot imperative.
This hole will create
a lot of anguish for those who do not precisely execute
the proper route of play.
